Each Summer, a sea of colourful ribbons transforms our beautiful Chelsea Garden at Mountbatten Isle of Wight, each one representing someone special who is loved, remembered, and deeply missed. "Tying a ribbon is a small act, but it means the world. It honours those we love and keeps their memory alive".
