Relief Shop Manager

Salary: £4,970 per annum (£24,851 FTE)

Contract: Permanent, part-time - 7.5 hours per week

At Mountbatten Isle of Wight, our shops are at the heart of their local communities, helping to raise vital funds to support our hospice care. We're looking for a dedicated and flexible Relief Shop Manager to help maintain our high standards and step in to support our retail teams when needed. 

As our Relief Shop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our shops, leading teams, delivering excellent customer service and helping maximise sales to support our services.

What we're looking for:

You are organised, proactive and confident leading a team. You have strong communication skills, retail or customer service experience, and an eye for maintaining high standards in a busy environment. You're adaptable, reliable and able to step in and support different locations as needed.

A full driving license and access to a car with business insurance is essential.
