Zoe is my beautiful, loving, caring daughter & wonderful Mummy to her 2 beautiful little boys, Theo & Tobias. Zoe meant the world to everyone who knew her. Zoe sadly passed away & went to heaven aged 26, only 55 days after being diagnosed with Melanoma. Zoe is missed by all her family & friends every second of every day ❤
