Isle of Wight Jazz Weekend presents The Unity Stompers

Isle of Wight jazz band The Unity Stompers will appear at Mountbatten Isle of Wight, as part of the Isle of Wight Jazz Weekend, on Wednesday, 16 September.

Andy Norman - trumpet/vocals, Richard White - reeds/vocals, Dave Bryant - trombone, Martin Dover - piano, Sandor Sztankovics - tuba and Terry Dickinson - drums, will appear between 7pm and 9pm, at Mountbatten's John Cheverton Centre in Halberry Lane, Newport.

One of the Isle of Wight's best-known and longest-running jazz groups, specialising in traditional jazz, The Unity Stompers have appeared at a number of Isle of Wight Jazz Weekends.

For 2026, they are the opening act of the weekend, guaranteeing a lively and fun start to the event.
