As CEO, Becky oversees the Senior Management Team, fundraising and communications.

Becky qualified as physiotherapist in 1996 and has worked within the hospice sector since 2004, as a clinician and latterly in leadership and management, across Mountbatten Isle of Wight and Mountbatten Hampshire.

Becky has experience of working in a voluntary capacity in local third-tier government and community projects, for five years serving as a town councillor, including two years as Deputy Mayor and a year as Mayor. 

Becky completed her Masters in Hospice Leadership and Management in September 2019.

She became CEO of The Mountbatten Group on 1 October 2025.
